End of Abyss

End of Abyss is an atmospheric top-down sci-fi horror with a Metroidvania structure. A young combat technician descends into a huge abandoned underground complex to investigate strange signals, facing creatures and people twisted by a parasite. Gunplay runs in twin-stick style: you aim manually, dodge rolls and healing are limited, so ammo and medkits are saved until the nearest safe room. Six weapons are upgraded at workbenches, the scanner and new tools open previously locked paths, and each area ends with a punishing boss. Xbox and PlayStation versions are available.
