HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE

1. Select the number of tokens and pay for your order.
2. You’ll automatically receive a personalized activation link.
3. Activate the package: either get a new key or top up your existing account.
4. Connect your app by following the instructions.
When you top up again, you won’t need to change the key you’ve already set up.

HOW TOKENS ARE USED

You purchase GetAPI platform tokens to work with Claude. Token consumption depends on the selected model, the size of the input context, the length of the response, and cache usage. Input and output tokens have different rates
💾 When a query actually hits the cache, a Cache Read costs 10% of a regular input—a 90% savings on the cached portion of the input tokens. Creating the cache is billed as a regular input
You can check the rates and consumption for each request in your account. The number of messages or hours of service per package is not fixed

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

The warranty applies only if you use LESS THAN 5% of the purchased tokens
If your purchase isn’t activated or the API isn’t working due to a confirmed technical issue on our end, please write to us via “Message the Seller” on the order page. We will investigate the issue and restore access. If restoration is not possible, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
If 5% or more of the tokens have been used, warranty replacements and refunds under this warranty will not be provided. The percentage is determined by the number of tokens debited, not by the number of messages.
