Resident Evil HD Remaster is a 2014 remaster of the iconic 1996 game: Capcom retained the spirit of the original but updated the graphics, sound, and controls, making the classic accessible on modern platforms. You choose one of two heroes—Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine—and journey to the ominous Spencer Mansion to investigate the disappearance of the S.T.A.R.S. team and encounter zombies, mutants, and dark secrets.
